Individual Life Coaching

Things aren’t coming together as you want.

Why can’t you seem to stick to a routine or hold yourself accountable to goals? You know what you need to do at times, and then other times, you forget.

Achieving your goals is more like a daydream and always seems unattainable.

You’ve processed through your past and done the hard work of healing.

Challenging your self-deprecating thoughts has become more accessible. You feel pretty good about life – but something is still missing.

You can thrive.

The dreams you have that always seem out of reach aren’t. You are capable of things you can’t even imagine. You can reach your goals and so much more. You need some guidance and accountability.

My clients come to me not realizing their potential. They know they need help with consistency and have goals in mind but aren’t sure how to get there.

Or they know that life has more to offer. But what? They are looking for purpose and a reason to jump out of bed in the mornings.

Coaching helps fill in the gaps.

I help my coaching clients claim and plan their goals, create purpose in their lives and hold themselves accountable. Not only that, but I provide them with the tools and resources to continue that process on their own long after they seek my help.

My mission is for every woman to know that they are worthy, enough, and Wholly Beautiful from the inside out.

In our time together, we build up the evidence you need to work from a knowledge of your worth and know that your past does not define you in the future. I want you to know that every part of you is beautiful, especially your most vulnerable parts.

Here’s what to expect during a coaching session.

Sessions are generally 55 minutes, and I work a lot on self-care routines with my clients. Below, you will see an outline of a typical life-coaching session.

In addition, we can plan longer sessions to address bigger, long-term goals. We can break down things into smaller, more manageable steps, but generally, this process takes place over a series of sessions.

  1. The client comes prepared with 1-3 topics to discuss.
  2. The session begins with check-in on any previous session goals.
  3. We celebrate previous achievements and re-evaluate any unmet goals with growth strategies.
  4. We discuss new goals. Sometimes, there is a specific outcome at the end of the session. Other times, the session involves strategizing and setting up a plan for goals outside of the session.
  5. There is a mid-point check to ensure the client is on track for her desired outcome. We move through topics until the end of the session.
  6. At the end of the session, we review goals and outcomes, and the client leaves with a plan in hand for current goals.

The process emphasizes accomplishing your goals.

If a client has one major goal they want to focus on, then the first session is about getting SMART – Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-based – with that goal.

We utilize each subsequent session to review, evaluate, and prepare smaller steps to get them to their desired goal.

In addition to my certification as a life coach, my training and knowledge are in art therapy and other therapeutic modalities. Therefore, to help you reach your goals, I will suggest a visual approach and various resources based on this knowledge.

Ultimately, your choices and the path you choose are up to you.

Packages and Pricing

Generally, I offer coaching sessions in a 9- or 12-session package. The first session emphasizes planning the major desired outcomes. The last session includes a celebration, review, and examination of growth opportunities for the future.

We will decide upon an appropriate coaching package in your consultation.

My responsibility is to ensure your safety – first.

If you need to process through your past or work through deep emotional turmoil needing healing by working with a mental health professional, I cannot safely work with you as a coaching client.

The only exception to this is if you are seeing a counselor who can concurrently work with you through those deeper issues while we are working toward specific goals. I cannot be your life coach and your therapist, only one or the other.

We can discuss the best options in your consultation.
